By accessing and using Mind Print, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Mind Print for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Mind Print are provided on an 'as is' basis. Mind Print makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Mind Print or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mind Print.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to update pricing, introduce new plans, or modify subscription features at any time.

7. Free Trial

When you sign up for MindPrint, you are automatically enrolled in a 7-day free trial. The trial period begins on the date of sign-up and provides full access to explore the platform's features.

If you purchase a paid subscription at any point before the trial period ends, your subscription will begin immediately from the date of purchase, and the trial will end at that time. Any remaining days left in the 7-day trial period are forfeited and will not be added to, or credited against, your subscription period.

If you do not purchase a subscription before the trial period ends, access to paid features will no longer be available once the 7-day trial has expired, and you will need to subscribe to continue using them.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free trials or promotional offers at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

MindPrint is designed to be used by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.

When you use MindPrint, we may collect:

• Photos/scans of your child's artwork and creative projects
• Your child's name and age (as provided by the parent/guardian)
• Insights and progress data generated from the artwork over time

This information is provided and controlled by the parent or guardian who creates the account, not by the child directly. By using MindPrint, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose artwork and information is being added to the app.

Parents/guardians can access, edit, or request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting us at contact us.

We do not knowingly sell or share children's personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
